description:
the project transformed an existing run-down light industrial building into 100,000 sq.ft of CAT B office space with two street frontages and a central link. the scheme also allowed for two additional storeys adding signifiant value to the building, the top storey provided dramatic views across the city and down into a private garden area. the frameless glass reception allows views of the garden from the street and internal office spaces included raised floors and chilled beams to maximise ceiling heights.
